HLA Sequence Base Typing Kits
• High Resolution typing results of the HLA Loci A, B and Cw.
• Minimal hands-on-time to set up amplification and sequencing reactions.
• The system provides locus-specific HLA-A, HLA- B and HLA-C primer mixes.
• The system also provides 2 additional Group specific primer mixes for HLA-A and another 4 Group specific primer mixes for HLA-B to resolve the most common ambiguities on PCR level.
• The remaining ambiguities can be resolved with a flexible set of sequence specific sequencing primers.
• Due to an optimized selection of sequencing-primers the complete sequence of the clinical relevant exons 2 and 3 is guaranteed in both directions.
• One H-Seq-ABC-kit allows the performance of 48 single tests.
Every HLA typing system has to face the problem of the permanently growing number of new alleles increasing the possibility of ambiguities.
Our SBT system offers the resolving power of a group specific amplification in combination with a flexible set of additional sequence specific sequencing primers required to resolve present ambiguities.
