Due to an optimized selection of sequencing-primers the complete sequence of the clinical relevant exons 2 and 3 is guaranteed in both directions.

Our SBT system offers the resolving power of a group specific amplification in combination with a flexible set of additional sequence specific sequencing primers required to resolve present ambiguities.
